Working under one of the city’s most experienced and knowledgeable agents, I provide each client with the type of service and knowledge they expect. The process should be easy and straight-forward, and I use all the resources available to me, as well as years of experience, to guide my clients through the entire process.

  • Miami native, born and raised in the Southwest areas of Miami, I have lived in Wynwood, Allapattah and Little Havana and worked in Miami Beach. I know the city and its outer areas well.

  • Precise market knowledge. My training in real estate has had a strong emphasis on market knowledge - researching, investigating and carefully analyzing the market to establish a fair and just market price.

  • Strong sales and negotiation background. Since 2008, I have worked in the field of sales and marketing. I have learned from some of the best entrepreneurs on how to properly negotiate a sale by using facts and effective communication skills.

  • Real estate experience. Starting my career under 40+-year veteran Esther Percal and working under the highly respected brokerage EWM Realty International, my experience in real estate is strong and robust. Esther and EWM are admired by industry leaders for their dedication to effective sales tactics, informative training, and high standards of customer service.

  • University of Florida education. At the University of Florida, I focused my studies on Social Psychology and English Literature & Film, which taught me invaluable analytical skills essential in the interpersonal world of buying and selling.
