THE TEAM
Esther Percal. Team leader Esther Percal has been working in Miami luxury real estate for over 40 years. Born in Havana Cuba, she moved to Miami Beach at an early age and started her career in the new developments of Brickell. She quickly rose to success with the development of South Pointe Towers, which back then was the first luxury building in the South of Fifth neighborhood of South Beach. Since then, she became one of the city’s most well-known and well-respected real estate agents, representing some of the largest sales in the city’s history. Today, she continues her run as top-producing agent in Miami Beach while guiding her team to reach new areas and new heights.
Cyndi Henriksen. Starting her career in the hotel management industry, Cyndi quickly found her calling in the business of real estate. Born and raised in Miami Beach, Cyndi has a penchant for understanding the market and making her clients feel confident and comfortable. She has worked with EWM Realty International since the 1990’s and joined the Esther Percal team in 2010, where she has continued her focus on Miami Beach residential real estate while assisting in some of the city’s record-breaking deals.
Jason Zarco. Another Miami Beach native, Jason knows and loves his city well. He started his career as a top manager for Ritz Carlton, then decided to use his talents and experience to tackle the world of luxury real estate in Miami and Miami Beach. He has a keen understanding of market trends for both single-family and condo residences, and much of his focus lies in new developments as well as multi-family and commercial real estate.
